Delhi - The Epic City of India

Delhi is the commercial metropolitan and home to the Indian Capital (New Delhi)

Chandni Chowk Market

This is also a place steeped in history: From the Red Fort to Humayun's grave, by way of the spectacular Jama Masjid... definitely a city to visit to understand Indian culture. From roadside food to exquisite cuisines, taste the local specialties, among the best on the subcontinent.

For a Delhi shopping experience, visit Chandni Chowk.

Taj Mahal

The Taj Mahal in Agra is a day's drive away by car or by train. This ivory-white marble mausoleum was built under the Mughal Emperor Shan Jahan and designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1983. Today, Delhi is today the ideal gateway for travelers wishing to explore other cities or regions in India: Kashmir, Chandigarh, Jaipur or the fascinating Darjeeling, surrounded by flowers and tea plantations.
